Database and analysis of judgments WSA and NSA

We created a public database of judgments concerning inactivity and excessive delays in residence proceedings. We analyzed more than 4,000 WSA and NSA judgments.

The analysis showed a clear change in practice: from October 2025, the prevailing line became consistent with NSA case law, according to which art. 100d does not automatically prevent a finding of inactivity or excessive delay. In our database, 96% of cases examined on the merits from that point onward ended favorably for the applicants.

Collecting signatures for a package of three documents

Before submitting the package of three documents, we conducted a public collection online signatures. We collected signatures until on June 23, 2026, and then we added them to the documents forwarded to the addressees.
