A working meeting with the deputy voivode and the director of the Department for Foreigners will take place on 28 September 2026. The discussion will focus on improving the office’s work and ensuring timely processing of residence cases.
From protest to discussion
The meeting is the next step after the protest held in Gdańsk on 7 September. During the assembly, we handed the first deputy voivode a petition with 11 demands within the remit of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office. A working meeting was also agreed at that time.
The demands in our petition will form the basis of the discussion. We want to discuss how to improve proceedings and make processing times more predictable for people awaiting a decision.
