Petition to the Pomeranian Voivode handed over during the protest

11 points handed to the first vice-voivode on 7 September 2026. Awaiting a reply.

We handed the petition to the first vice-voivode, Emil Rojek, on 7 September 2026, during the protest outside the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office.

What it contains

11 points from the protest demands — those falling within the competence of the Voivode and the office: a backlog-reduction plan together with the underlying data, the organisation of proceedings, related family cases, continued work after a complaint to the WSA, and the timely issuing of certificates and handling of correspondence.

The remaining 4 demands are not part of this petition — they concern the repeal of art. 100d, legislative changes and digitalisation, and are addressed to the government and the Sejm rather than the Voivode.

Status

The petition is awaiting consideration. Under the petitions act a reply should be given without undue delay and no later than three months from filing — that is, by 7 December 2026. The office has not yet given a case number.

During the protest the vice-voivode announced 24 new posts in the department for foreigners and a working meeting was agreed. Those are spoken announcements, not a reply to the petition — we will follow them up separately.

Once a reply arrives we will publish it under institutional responses and update this entry.
