Petition submitted on June 24, 2026 to the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office. In the register office, its subject was described as “proposals regarding the systemic organization of the process considering cases regarding the legalization of the stay of foreigners in the voivodeship Pomeranian”.

Status

The office set the deadline for completing the case as September 24, 2026 Until then the petition remains ongoing - no response yet.

This is one of three documents submitted on June 24, 2026. as a common package of actions to improve the legalization of stay. The initiative was preceded by a public collection of signatures. The other two documents: the petition to the Sejm and the letter on digitalisation.
